Description
This plate series is characterized by its elegant, thin profile – a result of solid craftsmanship and careful production. To achieve the slender shape, specially processed clay is used in combination with molding methods.
Small, grainy specks and crackling in the glaze are a natural characteristic of the recycled clay and not a quality defect. They are caused by mineral particles in the clay during firing and may occur regardless of the glaze colour. The reactive glaze causes the pattern and appearance to vary from piece to piece, making each one unique.
