Olsson & Jensen is one of Sweden's leading interior design wholesalers and has been active since 2006. To shop in our web shop, you must be an approved and registered reseller.

Terms of purchase
Welcome to our webshop where you can place an order 24 hours a day. Register on our website to get your personal login details. If you have forgotten your password, press "Forgot your password" and enter your e-mail address. A reset link will automatically be sent to your inbox.

For new customers, the minimum order value is €1000 excluding freight on the first order.

All prices are unit prices and VAT will be added within Sweden. When products that are not in stock are added to an order, the order will be split into two parts. One order with products in stock and one with products out of stock. We reserve the right not to send out orders under 300 euros excluding shipping. A backorder that has been pending for more than four months will be cancelled.

All orders have a minimum order value of €500 excluding shipping.

Terms of delivery

We only deliver to company addresses. If no one is on site at the time of delivery, extra costs may be applied from the transport company. Deviating opening hours must be announced when placing an order.

The shipping cost is EUR 90 per delivery within EU, except islands, where the shipping cost is EUR 150. Denmark has the same terms as Sweden. For Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, the UK and other European islands shipping cost is EUR 150.

Orders from EUR 1500 have free shipping except Norway, Switzerland, the UK, Ireland and other European islands. Shipping prices do not apply to furniture, pots, and vintages. For those goods the actual shipping cost is calculated. The vintage products are unique and are usually only available in one copy. Therefore, they are sold in their existing condition. 

Payment terms
For long term customers we invoice 30 days of payment. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and interest will be charged. If the invoice is not paid despite a reminder, the case is sent for collection. For new customers we apply advance payment. 

Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-8 days.

Complaints and transport damage
In case of incorrect delivery, contact us within 8 days of receipt. No returns are accepted without prior agreement. Items returned must be in original packaging and without price labelling. You make complaints directly to your account via our website.

Visible damage upon delivery must be reported directly to the carrier and must be signed by both the driver and the consignee on the carrier's and consignee's consignment note. If a written listing is not made, no compensation for the damaged goods can be paid. Also notify customer service at Olsson & Jensen if this occurs.

Reservation
Olsson & Jensen reserves the right of misprint on the web and catalogue as well as final sales and price changes because of currency changes or price increases from suppliers.

Force majeure
Olsson & Jensen reserves the right to invoke Force Majeure in such situations where it is applicable, for example in the event of changed legislation, natural disaster, or conflict in the labour market.
